RMA POLICY:
- We do not offer DOA Exchange policy.
- We do not offer Cross-shipment option.
- All freight expense involving RMA is customers responsibility.
+For a customer to return any defective merchandise
to D & S Computing they must first get an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
+All RMA numbers are good for 10 days after the date of issue. We must
receive merchandise within 10 Days to consider the RMA Valid. To get an RMA

+No merchandise will be accepted, unless it has an RMA number
+RMA is not valid for any short circuited item or items returned showing
physical damage.
+Once we receive your RMA request, we will offer some options r RMA number
with instruction. In order to keep validity of RMA, those instructions must
be followed.
+We are not responsible for any compatibility or lack of compatibility
issues.
+We reserve the right to keep defective merchandise from between 1 and 30
days for repair or exchange and we will not cross ship replacement
merchandise.
+Due to fast pace of our business and Product being discontinued or not
available for exchange due to backorder is not D & S Computing responsibility.
+There will be a service charge of $ 35.00, to cover the cost of labor, for
any merchandise that is returned to us and is deemed by us to be
non-defective. If you wish to return the product at this time,
additional 15% restocking fee will apply.
+The charge will also be applicable to any assistance given by us as a
result of operator error.
+ Non-defective merchandise will be returned at buyers cost.
+Customers must be aware that they alone hold the responsibility for the
proper packing and shipping of RMA merchandise back to us,
+Items damaged or lost in shipping is buyer's sole responsibility.
+Merchandise will be considered out of warranty if visible damage is
found on returned items, or if warranty labels have been removed or
disfigured in any way, shape or form.
